I'll remember you

This month is Alzheimer's awareness month. This cause is one of many that is dear to my heart. This card is made in memory of my grandmother whom we loss a year ago and whom has suffered with living with Alzheimer's.

My prayers go out to those who live with this horrible disease and the family and friends whom also live with it by caring for them.
